Stretch­ing is a must for main­tain­ing a healthy body. Usual rec­om­men­da­tions say that you should stretch before and after exer­cise but here at Purely Nour­ished, we know stretch­ing is oh so pow­er­ful and nec­es­sary through­out your day. Our favorite form of stretch­ing is yoga because you get more bang for your buck. Many yoga classes com­bine strength, mind­ful­ness, and car­dio to aid your stretch­ing. In this sec­tion, we will teach you stretches to get into your body and help relieve any ten­sion. We want you to feel good, not only before and after a work­out, but through­out your day.
