As a cer­ti­fied nutri­tion­ist and holis­tic health con­sul­tant, I am ded­i­cated to help­ing you dis­cover the diet and lifestyle that works for you.  The con­cept of bio-individuality is that each per­son has their own unique set of nutri­tional needs. One person’s food can be another person’s poi­son, and that’s why diets don’t work in the long run. All aspects of your life must be con­sid­ered when deter­min­ing per­son­al­ized dietary needs. I look at all aspects and develop a set of tools to get your body on track. Healthy rela­tion­ships, a ful­fill­ing career, reg­u­lar phys­i­cal activ­ity and a spir­i­tual prac­tice are essen­tial forms of nour­ish­ment. When these “pri­mary foods” are bal­anced, what you eat becomes sec­ondary. The goal is to opti­mize your health with bal­anced nutri­tion, phys­i­cal activ­ity, and pos­i­tive think­ing. As a team, we’ll explore your health con­cerns and how all parts of your life affect the whole  to equip you with the tools to cre­ate bal­ance in your life.
